IX Managed Solutions can be deployed at short notice and our experienced SME’s and Programme Directors can add value by identifying the correct outcomes and improving existing ways of working.

We recognise the market, project direction and landscape can change quickly, and we have the experience and skills to react positively to maintain delivery in parallel to any revised circumstances.
Engagement Model
Our engagement model is governed by a Master Service Agreement (MSA) between the client and IX Managed Solutions. Once the project scope is agreed, the milestones and deliverables are ring-fenced in a Statement of Work (SOW) and IX Managed Solutions take full ownership of delivery.
Our associate pool is replenished by IDEX Consulting, a separate legal entity that is a strategic resourcing partner to IX Managed Solutions. Specialist Associates are shortlisted and onboarded for assessment.
Governance
Engaging IX Managed Solutions enables our clients to access the very best expertise without any IR35 risk. We provide a ‘fully contracted out service’ removing all IR35 liability.
IX Managed Solutions conducts a full compliance review, including IR35 Determinations carried out by our in-house legal team. The supervision, direction and control of our Associates is maintained by our Programme Directors, ensuring the correct outcomes are delivered.

Highly competitive
Our rate card is highly competitive, and SOWs are structured for days worked only. Charges will only be payable following your acceptance of the deliverables stated in the SOW, meaning you will not pay us unless we deliver what you want.

We offer project and programme oversight, ensuring the delivery of each milestone is to the highest standard and best practice.
